HOLIDAY MINI SESSIONS :)
Posted on November 10, 2009
I’ve had lots of requests for holiday mini sessions this year so I finally decided to do them
There will not be any traditional Christmas backdrops or props. One look will be bright white, great for fun, bright colored clothing and snow hats! The other will be classic black. Please contact me at info@kristamuskovinphotography.com for availability! As of this posting, I only have 4 spots remaining, all in the afternoon. And I just have to say WOW, where has 2009 gone?!?

“A friend is someone who knows us, but loves us anyway.” ~Jerome Cummings
The story of our friendship ~ opposites attract. She was the good girl and I was, well, I gave my parents a few gray hairs. She was quiet and respectful and I was loud and defiant. She loved The Smiths, I loved ACDC. One year she even dressed as me for Halloween because we were that different. We rubbed off on each other in good ways. We were even supposed to move to California together but she met a boy and decided to stay in Michigan (I had to go without her). Well that boy ended up being the love of her life and together they created this adorable chunk of sweetness. I guess I can finally forgive you for not coming with me
Here’s Miss S on her 6 month birthday. I truly love photographing babies at 6 months.
This first image may be one of my most favorite ever and I think I’m going to get a big sample of it for my studio.

And after the beauty of the above image, she gave me a little attitude ~ the cutest attitude ever. I think she was done being KM Photo’s Next Top Model.

I love you Jo, your sisterhood means the world to me. xoxo

sweet family {Macomb County family photographer}

I have such a soft spot for daddies with their babies. My heart melts watching my husband with our kids, seriously turns into a pool of warm liquid goo. This first image makes me feel the same way and it’s not even my baby but look at those cheeks and those eyes! He’s such a cute little guy. His big brother had it going on too. I loved his personality, lots of questions about what things were and why I did things the way I did. The entire family was a joy to photograph and beautiful too.

fresh {Michigan newborn photographer}

There is nothing like newborn sounds, smells and soft baby skin. I can’t help but to smile and coo whenever I see one and like the Grinch (which by all means I’m not!) I can always feel my heart grow three sizes larger. This little guy is no exception, congratulations L and C and big brother H, he’s a keeper!

so the story goes… {Michigan child photographer}
Posted on June 12, 2009
that 2 years ago when I first met this beauty she was so fearful of picture taking that she cried so hard she threw up. So I asked mom what she thought about me coming to their house to see if Ms. Beauty would be more comfortable and no surprise, she was.
Now she gets excited to see me and have her picture taken which thrills me to no end because I just love spending time with her and her brother. He’s such a cutie, already chasing the girls. He’s going to be an awesome big brother, chasing the boys away from her I’m sure! LOL By the way, Ms. Beauty was in the car ready to leave when she appeared with this hat on. I had no choice but to drag her back out of the car for a few more shots because I just loved the hat! Thanks for putting up with my “just one more.”

simply adorable {Michigan child Photographer}
Posted on June 10, 2009
This little beauty was asleep when she arrived for our photo shoot and woke up with a big smile even amongst a stranger and strange surroundings. She is so sweet. She just turned 1, doesn’t she have the best hair!? It turns out that her mom and I used to take dance classes together as children and have 2 mutual friends. Yes, it really is a small world.
Miss M, you are simply adorable and charming and I really enjoyed meeting you!

Mr. Happy {Michigan child photographer}

His brother being Mr. Serious in the pervious post below
See J…he smiles for the photographer! LOL In all honesty, I almost always pick the serious images as my favorites and I was trying to figure out why and I think part of it is because I love eyes and when we smile, we don’t see as much of our eyes. But of course, a nice big smile always makes me smile back and what’s better than a bunch of people smiling?! I sure hope you find this little guy’s smile contagious. He’s an absolute doll, just like his big brother. Just for some comparison, I posted one of his newborn shots too. <3

Bet I can make you smile {Michigan baby photographer}

Tell me you can look at this ridiculously cute, chubby baby and not smile! I mean for real, even his chubbies have chubbies. I love him. He’s such a sweetie too. I spent about 2 hours with him and could love him like he’s my own. Sigh…have I mentioned that I love him? LOL Thanks K&K, I really enjoyed seeing you both and getting a chance to hang with R. :)
